Thanks so much for entering the Dash this year. What next.......
Below are the details of when you may collect your race number and Santa suit if you chose the standard option.
When you registered, you were asked whether you would like to collect from Norville Opticians in Keynsham or Davies & Way estate agents in Saltford.
Please make sure you go to your selected location as your race number will only be at that location. Email us on saltfordsantadash@gmail.com if you aren’t sure.
Show the registration confirmation email you received from Race-Nation - it contains your race number. That is all you need to collect your suit and race number.
COLLECTION OPEN FROM SATURDAY 16 NOV to SATURDAY 30 NOV
(FRIDAY 29 NOV for NORVILLE)
MAIN 'DASH' ONLY - both 5 mile and 5 km routes. You can pick up your running number and suit (if requested) from your chosen location from Saturday 16th November. See below for details.
FIELD MINI 'DASH' ONLY - your 'adult' can pick up your running number and suit (if requested) from your chosen location from Saturday 16th November. Please note that your 'adult' needs to stay on the sports field at all times but doesn't need to run with you. See below for details.
There are 3 different suit sizes to choose from:
most children would fit in the under 9 age size.
the youth suit would fit taller children and adults up to 5’2”
the adult suit is for those over 5’ 2”
All suits can be cut to fit (arm and leg length) they do not fray. Only the adult suits come with a beard.
Some craft ideas for repurposing your suit afterwards can be found on our website here https://www.saltfordsantadash.com/home/repurposing-santa-suits. We will also be co-ordinating the disposal of Santa suits - there will be a bin for this purpose at the event.
We love the image of a mass of running Santas - so we ask you to wear your Santa suit or Festive Attire.

Saturday - 9.00 am - 1.00 pm (16 and 23 November only)
Davies and Way Estate Agents, 489 Bath Road Saltford BS31 3BA
Monday - Friday - 9.00 am - 6.00 pm
Saturday - 9.00 am - 5.00 pm
